In conjunction with supporting our Survey Services, our Computer Aided Design experience and knowledge enables us to provide the required service to you.

Services include:

• Land registry compliant lease plans.

Any new lease lasting for seven years or longer must be registered with the Land Registry, and have a lease plan. The lease plan must be compliant with Land Registry guidelines. Therefore, it is important that the plan is produced accurately, and by someone who is familiar with the guidelines. We have extensive experience in preparing plans that comply.

Drawings can be prepared within the office, utilising any existing drawings. If necessary a, measured building survey of the property can be undertaken. Examples of Land Registry compliant drawings can be seen here.

• Licencing plans

Every premises licence application must include an accurate plan of the property which must adhere to the requirements set out in the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005, SI 2005/42. 

An integral part of a Premises License Application is the Premises Licensing Plan. These plans will be submitted to the responsible authorities and distributed with various other official bodies, such as your Local Fire Departments and Police Departments.

We have a high level of experience in the preparation of licencing drawings. Having completed well in excess of 1000 plans since the act came into force. Drawing examples can be seen here.

• Editing existing CAD files.

• Conversion of sketches to 2D and 3D drawings.

• Converting existing paper drawings to digital 2D AutoCAD drawings.
